All training is delivered personally by the founder of By Shanice, a highly qualified educator with over six years of industry experience. Our courses go beyond technical application; we share the real foundations of building a successful lash business, including the behind-the-scenes knowledge often left untaught.

 

To ensure a truly premium learning experience, classes are kept intimate with a maximum of two students, allowing for focused guidance, personalised support, and hands-on mastery.

Your journey doesn’t end on the course day. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship, access to a private Instagram support community, and continued guidance whenever you need it. Questions are always welcome, and students are also invited to shadow real client appointments for additional confidence and insight.
