Hi, I’m Shanice, the founder of By Shanice.

I qualified as a lash technician over six years ago, and throughout my journey, I’ve gained invaluable experience working within a professional salon environment. This foundation played a key role in building not only my technical ability, but also my confidence, client care, and customer service standards.

 

As my experience grew, I transitioned into working independently, where I’ve been fortunate to build a strong base of loyal, returning clients who trust both my work and my approach. This journey naturally led me to take the next step in my career, qualifying as a beauty educator.

 

Education allows me to share my skills, insight, and real-world experience with aspiring lash artists, offering honest guidance that goes beyond technique alone. At By Shanice, my focus is on empowering others to build confidence, master their craft, and create sustainable success within the beauty industry.
